Essential/Intermediate mat work Level II: A guided, flowing, yet intensive array of Essential & Intermediate mat exercises that balance the upper and lower body. This faster paced routine will help you achieve optimal strength and stability without building bulk, while introducing new exercises. Small props may be used. Please see Class schedule for class descriptions. (Prerequisite for this class is the 4 week mat workshop or previous Pilates experience.) Single sessions or 10 class cards may be used.
Intermediate/Advanced mat work Level III For those who are ready to take Pilates to the next level. An introduction to many new and challenging exercises. This is a total body workout that packs a punch. It is sure to challenge the body’s optimal strength, flexibility, and endurance. Please see Class schedule for class descriptions. Single sessions or 10 class cards may be used.
All ‘drop in’ classes are 55-60 minutes in duration. You may register at the door when you arrive or download a registration form under Upcoming Workshops page before arriving. Note- All students attending level II/III classes must have completed the “4 Week mat workshop” first or hold previous Pilates experience to attend. Call the studio to inquire about which level best suits your ability.
~10 class cards expire three months from purchase date.
~Clean Pilates specialty mats and all small equipment are supplied by the studio
