Pre Natal Pilates is an extremely safe and effective exercise to practice throughout the entire pregnancy. Our team of instructors are highly qualified to cater to the needs of healthy pregnant women. Pre natal Pilates helps to build and maintain overall core strength while placing an emphasis on major muscle groups including the low/mid/upper back, arms and legs. Pre Natal Pilates focuses on pelvic floor engagement as well as balance and stability.
For the pre natal women look to have private, semi private or small group Pilates training on all apparatus. Please e-mail the studio to inquire about ongoing pre natal group reformer/mat classes. A doctor’s note is required to join any pre natal session.
