7:00am - 7:55am Group Reformer Open level II
An Intermediate based Reformer class of up to 4 students in which the instructor will assess the group level and instruct accordingly. (All students must have completed the 5 week group Reformer workshop or have previous Pilates experience) See "Get the Scoop header for beginner workshop dates.
10:30am - 11:25am The Pilates Surprise MAT Level II
Always different, this class is sure to be an exciting SURPRISE! The instructor will asses the class level and then may choose a prop of choice to further enhance a a solid mat routine. LEVEL II

5:00pm - 5:57pm The Xtend Barre™ Workout All levels 'Open' (E-mail ahead to RESERVE)!
Xtend™ is the most effective barre workout and the most efficient way to create a strong and healthy body at any age. The system focuses on sculpting the body proportionally with the use of a ballet barre, playground balls, hand held weights, and yoga straps. Using a series of isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches, clients can achieve firm and fast results. The Xtend workout targets all the major muscle groups. Classes begin with an invigorating warm up which increases the heart rate and prepares students for the work ahead. Then, the upper body segment begins using light weights to target the shoulders, biceps, triceps, and upper back muscles. Next, students challenge their entire body, including intense seat and thigh series, with the support of a ballet barre. Xtend then engages the core deeper with an intense abdominal series performed on the floor. A calming stretch series relaxes the body and mind, concluding the Xtend class.
6:00pm - 6:55pm Fitness Circle Challenge MAT Level II
Use the Steel sprung resistance of the the Pilates ring to help stabalize and challenge the shoulder girdle, arms, inner thighs and buns. A backside burner and arm strenghtening workout all in one! Level II
7:00pm - 7:55pm Minis or no minis! MAT LEVEL II
Incorporate 1,2 or 3 lb. hand held mini balls into a solid mat work routine. Emphasis is on Shoulders, arms and abdominals throughout. This class can be easily modified for a student who chooses not to use the them. A true favorite for most!
8:00pm - 8:55pm Group Reformer OPEN CHALLENGE (e-mail ahead to reserve)
A small group reformer class of up to 4 students using the spring resistance of the Pilates apparatus. A solid Intermediate based class that will incorporate more challenging exersises which may include Jump board and small props. (All students must have completed the 5 week group Reformer workshop or have previous Pilates experience)
