Group Reformer POWER JUMP (e-mail ahead to reserve)
Description: An Intermediate 'Jump Board' based Reformer class of up to 4 students in which the instructor will assess the group level and instruct accordingly. A base board is placed at the foot of your personal reformer to add a new element of Cardio to your reformer work. Have fun while you burn!
