The Studios

Renaissance Pilates offers both Mat and Apparatus Pilates training for the pre/post natal, beginner, intermediate and advanced student. Apparatus training may include private, duo, semi privates or small group instruction by appointment.

Mat work training includes small group mat classes with small props. Most beginner students attend the “4 Week Mat Workshop” to prepare for the level II group mat classes.  The specially designed '4 week mat workshop’ ensures proper alignment and form.  The instructor will also teach the student good postural analysis and anatomical awareness of their body needed to effectively see and feel results.

Mat classes may incorporate the use of small props such as the  Fitness Circle, Flex-band, Toning Ball, Foam Roller, Body Bar, Stability Ball or Bosu. Renaissance also offers the ultimate in Barre workout training known as the Xtend Workout, for which the 4 week mat workshop is not required. (Click here to learn more) Students choosing to focus more on private apparatus spring resistance training may do so through private or small group instruction, for which the "4 week mat workshop" is not required. The studio features a fully equipped apparatus training studio on the 5th floor as well as a specially designed Group Reformer studio on the second floor. (Click here for program options)
